トマトサンドイッチ
サンドイッチの種類
トマトサンドイッチとは、薄く切ったパンの間にトマトを挟んだサンドイッチの一種。 [1]トマトサンドイッチで用いられるパンには普通、マヨネーズが塗られており、 [2]トマトサンドイッチは塩やコショウ、ニンニク、アンチョビ、パセリ、バジルなどで味付けされることもある。[3]オープンサンドイッチとして食す場合、チーズを加えることも一般的である [4]。
