姓の綴りがHofstetterとなっていて、実際そう書いてある文献もあるようなのですが、参考文献にあげられているMarshall Fineの論文の題は「Hoffstetter」と2つfがあるようです (参照: Fine, Marshall J. (1990), The viola concertos of Fr. Roman Hoffstetter, O. S.
