解説DSC 0082 broodje kroket chiang mai 2009 0629.jpg
English: Home made Dutch "kroket": beef-ragout covered in breadcrumbs and then deep fried. Internationally, it is also known as a Dutch "croquette". It is commonly eaten with bread or a soft bun, or on its own, and with mustard as a condiment. For many Dutch people, a "kroket" is truly comfort food and it is sold nearly everywhere where there is a significant concentration of Dutch people such as in Chiang Mai, Thailand, where this photo was taken. The kroket which has been cut open has a dollop of Dijon mustard on it
