リチャード・ネッド・ルボウ（Richard Ned Lebow, 1942年4月24日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国の国際政治学者。専攻は、国際関係論・危機管理論。ダートマス大学名誉教授。キングス・カレッジ・ロンドン戦争研究学部教授。

略歴

1963年シカゴ大学政治学部卒業、1964年イェール大学大学院修士課程修了。1968年、ニューヨーク市立大学大学院センターで博士号（政治学）取得。

ニューヨーク市立大学助教授・准教授（1968-78年）、国防大学教授（1978-80年）、中央情報局(CIA)（1980-81年、滞在研究者）、ジョンズ・ホプキンス大学高等国際問題研究大学院（SAIS）ボローニャ・センター教授（1981-83年）、コーネル大学政治学部教授（1983-92年）、ピッツバーグ大学政治学部教授（1992-96年）、オハイオ州立大学教授（1996-2002年）、ダートマス大学教授（2002-12年）を経て、現在はキングス・カレッジ・ロンドン戦争研究学部教授、ダートマス大学名誉教授。
