Ripple Waves

『Ripple Waves』は、Cornelius（小山田圭吾）が2018年に発表した編集盤である。2017年に発表された『Mellow Waves』以降に作られた音源、アメリカのSpotifyスタジオで収録された曲、アメリカのNPRの人気企画『タイニーデスクコンサート』に出演した際のライブ音源、コーネリアスが様々なミュージシャンに依頼して作られた『Mellow Waves』のリワークをまとめた作品となっている。過去に7インチレコードのみで収録されていた楽曲は全て英語タイトルで統一されている。2018年の11月のレコード・ストア・デイ（ブラックフライデー 2018）にて1500枚限定で海外盤LPもリリースされている。そちらは黒と白のマーブル盤となっていて、収録曲がやや異なる。ジャケットは小山田の叔父にあたる中林忠良。

「Audio Check Music」のナレーションはLEO今井。『Passionfruit』はDrakeのカヴァー。『Inside a Dream』では子供の頃の小山田と小山田の祖父の声がサンプリングされている。雑誌「サウンド＆レコーディング」2018年11月号に『Sonorama 2』が5インチソノシートで収録された。
