『イールド』 (原題: Yield) は、アメリカのロック・バンド、パール・ジャムの5th アルバム。1998年にリリースされ全米Billboard 200では最高2位(1位はジェームズ・ホーナー『タイタニック:ミュージック・フロム・ザ・モーション・ピクチャー』)、プラチナムを獲得、カナダでは、2x マルチ・プラチナムを獲得。ブレンダン・オブライエン (Brendan O'Brien）がプロデューサーとして参加した作品。
