エイオン・スカロウ
エイオン・アレキサンダー・スカロウ（Eion Alexander Scarrow、1931年11月9日 - 2013年4月25日）はニュージランドのガーデニングのパーソナリティ、放送者、作家。
経歴 編集
1972年から1986年までニュージランドのテレビ（当初はオークランドの地域テレビだったが1975年から全国的なネットワークテレビで）のガーデニングショーDig Thisに出演した[1]。30年間ラジオガーデニングショーを主催し、20冊以上のガーデニング本を書いている[2]。
2013年にTe Kauwhataで死去した[3]。
「芝生の上に水の入ったペットボトルを置いておくと、犬が入ってこない」というジョークをエイプリルフールについた[4]。これにより、犬や猫を避ける目的で水の入ったペットボトルを庭先に置くようになったといわれる。
