タウロケノデオキシコール酸-6α-ヒドロキシラーゼ

タウロケノデオキシコール酸-6α-ヒドロキシラーゼ（taurochenodeoxycholate 6α-hydroxylase）は、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。

(1) タウロケノデオキシコール酸 + NADPH + H⁺ + O₂ $\rightleftharpoons$ タウロヒオコール酸 + NADP⁺ + H₂O
(2) リトコール酸 + NADPH + H⁺ + O₂ $\rightleftharpoons$ ヒオデオキシコール酸 + NADP⁺ + H₂O

組織名はtaurochenodeoxycholate,NADPH:oxygen oxidoreductas (6α-hydroxylating)で、別名にCYP3A4、CYP4A21、taurochenodeoxycholate 6α-monooxygenaseがある。
