チオレドキシンジスルフィドレダクターゼ（thioredoxin-disulfide reductase）は、ピリミジン代謝酵素の一つで、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。

反応式の通り、この酵素の基質はチオレドキシンとNADP+、生成物はチオレドキシンジスルフィドとNADPHとH+である。補因子としてFADを用いる。
組織名はthioredoxin:NADP+ oxidoreductaseで、別名にNADP-thioredoxin reductase、NADPH-thioredoxin reductase、thioredoxin reductase (NADPH)、NADPH2:oxidized thioredoxin oxidoreductaseがある。
