概要
| 解説 |
English: Pictured are Phase 2 recruits from the Army Air Corps during NBC Training wearing the General Service Respirator.
First introduced in 2010 replacing the S10 respirator for the Armed Forces. The respirator was designed by the MOD in partnership with Industy. It was made to be a better performer in "hot, high and dry" environments whilst still keeping the S10's qualities in the temperate environments of Europe it was originally designed for. It was also designed to be worn for longer periods than the S10, having been designed for 24 hours of continuous use in CBRN environments as opposed to the previous design level of 4 hours.
