Spanish Air Force serial C.4K-77.
This must be one of the few Buchons around that wasn’t involved in filming ‘Battle of Britain’! It joined Planes of Fame in 1981 and flew after restoration in 1989. In 2000 it was shipped to the UK to fly for filming of the ‘Pearl Harbor’ movie. During filming the ‘109’ suffered a landing accident and after a period in store it is now being rebuilt and can be seen in the Friedkin hangar at the Planes of Fame Museum,
Chino, California, USA.
