亜硝酸レダクターゼ (NO形成)(nitrite reductase (NO-forming))は、窒素代謝酵素の一つで、次の化学反応触媒する酸化還元酵素である。

一酸化窒素 + H2O + フェリシトクロムc 亜硝酸 + フェロシトクロムc + 2 H+

反応式の通り、この酵素の基質一酸化窒素H2Oフェリシトクロムc、生成物は亜硝酸とH+フェロシトクロムcである。補因子として、FADを用いる。

組織名はnitric-oxide:ferricytochrome-c oxidoreductaseで、別名にcd-cytochrome nitrite reductase; [nitrite reductase (cytochrome)] [misleading, see comments.]; cytochrome c-551:O2, NO2+ oxidoreductase; cytochrome cd; cytochrome cd1; hydroxylamine (acceptor) reductase; methyl viologen-nitrite reductase; nitrite reductase (cytochrome; NO-forming) がある。
