'''クラミジア'''('''''Chlamydia''''')とは、[[偏性細胞内寄生体]]という細胞内でしか増殖しない[[細菌]]の一種とされている。分類上の位置づけは一定していないが、近年は1目4科6属よりなる独立の門とする説が強くなって来ている。
代表的なクラミジア門に属細菌としては、以下の4種類がある。何れもかつてはクラミジア属に含まれたが、[[細菌学]]の分野では、その[[遺伝子]]解析の結果、''Chlamydia trachomatis''を除いて1999年に''Chlamydophila psittaci''をタイプ種とする近縁の[[クラミドフィラ]]属(''Chlamydophila'')に移された。一般的にはこれらもクラミジアに含まれる。
