== 歴史 ==
市域の北部は歴史的には[[遊牧民族]]の支配地域、市域南部は[[漢民族]]らによる農耕地域であった。しばしば遊牧民族による征服を受けたが、次第に農耕地域が拡大し遊牧は廃れていった。
