ᚠ (フェフ、古ノルド語: fé、古英語: feoh、英語: fehu) はルーン文字の第1字母で、北欧ルーンや、アングロサクソンルーンにおいて /f/ の音価を表す文字である。その名称は "(可動の) 資産"を意味し、英語のfeeと起源を同じくする、原義は"羊" or "牛"である (オランダ語: Vee, ドイツ語: Vieh, ラテン語: pecum, サンスクリット: pashu に相当)。
