シティ・センター (ラスベガス)

シティ・センター （City Center）は、アメリカ合衆国ネバダ州ラスベガスにある、カジノホテル、コンドミニアム、エンターテインメント施設からなる統合型リゾート（IR）である。

経営はMGMリゾーツ・インターナショナル社とドバイ・ワールド社。長年空地になっていたベラージオの南に建設された、11億ドルを投下した巨大プロジェクト^[1]。2009年12月16日にオープンした^[2]。

ハーモン：　工事段階で施工ミスがあり本来49階建てのビルを28階建てとして完成させたがそれでも耐震性に不安があるとして開業できず、外壁を広告看板として使用するも正式開業しないまま解体された。爆破解体を予定していたが周辺にビルが密集していることもあり費用の掛かる上方から1フロアずつの解体となった。

On November 13, 2010 the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported^[5] that MGM Resorts International plans to demolish the Harmon Hotel due to its previously revealed defects, however the exact date of the demolition has been placed on hold due to ongoing litigation between MGM Resorts International and various parties involved in the development of CityCenter.
