Regarding a video recently uploaded by the Kobe Planet Film Archive

Is the anime presented in this video already documented in this Wikipedia article or not? I don't believe it is because the Kobe Planet Film Archive says the anime from 1926 while all the film works (anime and live-action) described in the article are from either 1925 or 1946, and the anime doesn't match the described content of『ノンキナトウサン 竜宮参り』
