Official toponyms

Please note that the French toponym "Vallée d'Aoste" is official, instead of the German one ("Aostatal"), and so it should be put together with the Italian one on the top of the article. The German one should be erased, because it exists certainly, but it is not official, exactly like "Aosta Valley" (English).
