Sold off 1947 and became NC1339V, moving on to Mexico as XB-QUC in 1951 for aerial survey work.
Returned to the US in 1964 with Tallmantz Aviation and became part of The Air Museum in Ontario, CA. Joined the Confederate Air Force (CAF) in 1971 but was grounded after a landing accident in 1981. She flew again in 1999 and remains with the CAF (now renamed the Commemorative Air Force) based at Atlanta-Peach Tree in Georgia.
She was previously thought to possibly be an A-24B with the serial 42-54532, however she is now confirmed as a genuine SBD.
She is seen landing after taking part in the 2015 Arsenal of Democracy Flyover to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of VE Day and the end of WW2.
