This is the photograph of Shōwa tennō gaze at 栢野大杉 (Great sugi of Kayano). The copyright holder of this photograph is not known. This photo was taken on 27, October 1947. It is deemed that this photo was taken by cameraman from Imperial Household Agency (formerly 宮内府), or from Hokkoku Shibun (北國新聞, local news paper in Ishikawa Prefecture) or from nearby the location photographed, however this photo has not been in public release until up loaded herein Wikimedia Commons. KEEP, NOT Delete, this photo on herein Wikimedia Commons as the heritage of Japan for the memory of Emperor Shōwa, unless the copyright holder claim the copyright with evidential material(s).
