ライモ・トゥオメラ

ライモ・トゥオメラ（Raimo Tuomela, 1940年 10月9日、ヘルシンキ - ）は、フィンランド出身の哲学者。トゥオメラは1968年にヘルシンキ大学から哲学博士号を、1969年にはスタンフォード大学から二つ目の博士号を取得した。トゥオメラは1971年からヘルシンキ大学哲学科の専任教授を続けており、哲学（特に社会科学の方法論と哲学）を教えている。

初期から哲学の幅広い分野の研究・著述を続けており、特に科学哲学、行為論、社会的行為理論を主な研究対象としている。

トゥオメラはいくつもの研究資金や賞を受けており、研究業績が認められてアレクサンダー・フォン・フンボルト基金研究賞（Forschungspreis）を受賞した。

1995年から2000年の5年間、トゥオメラはフィンランド・アカデミーのアカデミー教授を務めた。この研究教授ポジションには、社会的行為の哲学の一般部門における研究グループも含まれていた。
