This is the これは{{tlx|empty category}} template.テンプレートです。
 
時おり内容が空になることが普通であるカテゴリページの上部に貼り付けます。メンテナンス用のカテゴリ、追跡用のカテゴリ、修正が必要なページをまとめたカテゴリでは内容が空になることがしばしば起こります。
It can be placed at the top of any category page for which it is normal that it sometimes is empty. This is typical for some maintenance, tracking and clean-up categories.
 
これらのカテゴリは使われていないと判断されて削除されてしまうことがよくあります。
Experience has shown that people sometimes delete those categories, thinking they are no longer in use.
 
また、このテンプレートには、これらのカテゴリが[[Wikipedia:Database reports/Empty categories]]に掲載されないようにする目的もあります。（訳注：日本語版では[[Wikipedia:Database reports/Empty categories]]は存在していません。）
