「モノラウリン」の版間の差分

[[グリセリン]]と[[ラウリン酸]]から形成されるモノ-[[エステル]]で、化学式はC₁₅H₃₀O₄。

 

 

体内では[[ラウリン酸]]が変換されてモノラウリンになる。モノラウリンはココナッツオイルや人間の[[母乳]]中に存在する。
