ヒュー・モンゴメリー
ヒュー・モンゴメリー(Hugh Lowell Montgomery、1944年8月26日-)は、解析的整数論と解析学が専門のアメリカ合衆国の数学者である。マーシャル奨学生として、ケンブリッジ大学で博士号を取得した[1]。長年、ミシガン大学で教鞭をとった。

モンゴメリー・オドリズコ予想、大篩法の開発、また現在第5版が発行されている数論の標準的な導入テキストAn Introduction to the Theory of Numbersをイヴァン・ニーベンらと共著したことで知られる。
1974年には、バンクーバーで開催された国際数学者会議の招待講演者を務めた[2]。2012年にアメリカ数学会のフェローとなった[3]。
