宗像恒次

日本の心理学者

宗像 恒次（Munakata Tsunetsugu　むなかた　つねつぐ、1948年 - ）は、日本の心理学者。筑波大学名誉教授。

情動変容から行動を変容させる新世代の情動認知行動療法SAT法構造化連想法(Structured Association Technique, SAT)を提唱。自ら会長を務めるNPO法人ヘルスカウンセリング学会において同メソッドの普及を促す他、筑波大学発ベンチャー企業株式会社SDS（SAT Delivery System）を設立し、セミナーの開催や心理カウンセラーや健康心理療法士の養成を行っている。
