アメリカ合衆国の歴史学者、国際関係学者
ハル・ブランズ（Hal Brands、1983年 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国の歴史学者、国際関係学者。ジョンズ・ホプキンス大学SAISヘンリー・A・キッシンジャー特別教授、アメリカン・エンタープライズ研究所（American Enterprise Institute）レジデント・スカラー[1]。スタンフォード大学で政治学・歴史学のBA、イェール大学で歴史学のMA、MPhil、PhDを取得。父は歴史学者のH・W・ブランズ（H. W. Brands）[2]。
