The AV node tapers down into the bundle of His, which passes into the ventricular septum and divides into two bundle branches, the left and right bundles. ヒス束（ひすそく、英: bundle of His(BH)^[1]His bundle (HB)^[1]は、刺激伝導に特化した心筋細胞の集まりである。

心臓内の刺激伝導系の一部で、房室接合部に続く。ここから左側の膜性中隔部で右脚と左脚とに分かれる。

役割編集

房室結節（心房と心室の間）からの刺激を脚を介して束状枝の頂点まで伝達する。次に、プルキンエ繊維を介し、心室に刺激を伝える。この刺激によって心室の心筋を一定の間隔で収縮させる。
