酒井 清孝(さかい きよたか、1941年6月26日[1] - )は、日本の理工学者。

現在は早稲田大学名誉教授、公益財団法人松籟科学技術振興財団理事、医療法人社団善仁会顧問、人工臓器歴史遺産研究会代表である。

化学工学を中心とした医療工学の研究を行い、人工臓器の開発や設計に携わった。生命維持管理装置の操作・設計に化学工学の知識を生かして、現代の高度先進医療を支える医療工学の発展を促進した研究者である。生命維持管理装置を扱う臨床工学技士、医学に関わる理工学研究者、人工臓器を扱う医師とともに研究を行い、多くの業績を残している[2][3]。 秋山敏、林寛、穂坂英明、横山真喜男、峰島三千男、安住利恵子、小沢治子、竹澤真吾、松田兼一、山下明泰、小澤喜久夫、金森敏幸、金武潤、吉田亮、櫛谷文彦、阪上正裕、柳沢真澄、吉見靖男、小久保謙一、福田誠、宮坂武寛、薬師寺大二、青柳里果、松田範昭、小林純、荏原充宏、熊代善一、長瀬健一、葉山順代、山本健一郎、井戸田直和、小川武人、岩永進太郎、長谷川麗、小松寛、阪田宏樹、滑川亘希などの理工学研究者、企業経営者、企業技術者、医学研究者、医師を育てた。
