シーダ・スコチポル

シーダ・スコチポル（Theda Skocpol、1947年 5月4日 - ）は、アメリカの社会学者・政治学者。ハーヴァード大学教授。専門は、歴史社会学・社会政策、現代アメリカ政治、市民参加など。ミシガン州デトロイト生まれ。

マクロ歴史社会学の視点から、社会革命における国際要因の重要性を指摘した博士論文States and Social Revolutions. で注目を浴びる^{[独自研究?]}。1990年代に入ると、関心はアメリカの社会政策に向かう。
