トルステン・ボッツ＝ボルンシュタイン

トルステン・ボッツ=ボルンシュタイン（Thorsten Botz-Bornstein、1964年 - ）はドイツ出身の哲学者。芸術哲学と異文化哲学を探究。ロシア、日本、中国の哲学や、建築、映像芸術を考察することにより、スタイル、遊戯、そして夢想間の概念的関連性の確立を哲学面から試みている。

2002年にバングラデシュのダッカでゴラム・ダスタギルとトルステン・ボッツ・ボーンスタイン。

パリのソルボンヌ大学で哲学を専攻（1985年-1990年）。1993年にオックスフォード大学より哲学博士を授与された。2000年にはパリの社会科学高等研究院（EHESS）指導教官の資格を得た。博士号取得後、フィンランドのヘルシンキ大学で記号論とロシア・フォルマリズムの研究を4年間行った。日本にも3年間滞在し、様々な研究機関で研究した。また中国の浙江大学認知研究センターの研究員も2年間務めた。彼は歴史的黒人大学であるタスキーギ大学（アラバマ州）で教えていました。 彼は現在、クウェートのGUSTで教えています。
