ゴールデン・イヤリング^[1]（Golden Earring）は、1961年にオランダで結成されたロック・バンド。メンバー入れ替えを繰り返しながら、世界的にも息の長い活躍を続けるバンドとして知られている。

略歴編集

George Kooymans、Rinus Gerritsenの2人を中心としてハイスクール時代に結成。

1965年に初アルバム『Just Ear-rings』をリリース、1968年に「Please Go」がオランダで1位を記録、以降、オランダでは多数のヒットを記録する。

1974年には、「レーダー・ラヴ」がイギリスで7位、アメリカで13位を記録するヒットとなり、世界的な知名度を得る。また1983年には「トワイライト・ゾーン」がアメリカで10位を記録するなど、世界的な成功を収めている。
